**Remote | Part-Time / Project-Based | Flexible Hours**
We are a U.S. commercial real estate finance company looking for an experienced CRE analyst to help evaluate financing opportunities and support lender placement and execution.
This is a hands-on role working on real transactions. You will receive opportunities from our origination team and help turn them into organized, financeable lender submissions.
**What You’ll Do**
* Review borrower and property information
* Review rent rolls, T-12s and operating statements
* Calculate NOI, DSCR, debt yield, LTV and other key credit metrics
* Identify missing information needed to evaluate a financing request
* Prepare concise lender-facing deal summaries
* Research and identify appropriate lenders for each opportunity
* Help match transactions with lenders based on property type, geography, loan size and credit profile
* Organize lender outreach and responses
* Compare quotes and term sheets
* Maintain deal status and lender information
* Assist with diligence and execution as transactions move toward closing
Our initial focus includes **multifamily, retail and industrial/flex properties**, with financing needs ranging from stabilized permanent loans to bridge, acquisition, refinance and transitional situations.
**Who We’re Looking For**
You should have real experience with **commercial real estate underwriting, lending, debt brokerage, acquisitions, capital markets or a closely related field.**
You should be comfortable looking at a CRE financing opportunity and quickly understanding:
* What the borrower is trying to accomplish
* Whether the request appears financeable
* What additional information is needed
* What type of lender is likely to be interested
* What the important credit issues are
Experience at a CRE lender, mortgage brokerage, debt fund, bank, investment firm or similar organization is especially relevant.
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, organized, responsive and able to work independently.
