In this role, you'll work alongside seasoned professionals managing corporate sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, and acquisition and disposition programs for national franchisees, high net-worth investors, REITs, and private equity/investment firms across the United States. Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll gain exposure to a broad range of deals and transactions across diverse property types, client segments, and markets. Your responsibilities will include:
The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000 . Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the position. SURMOUNT is a multi-state employer and posted salary ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations. These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions.
