MSREI is seeking a highly experienced Executive Director of Asset Management to oversee a significant portion of MSREI’s industrial portfolio across its various fund strategies. The Executive Director will assume responsibility for a strategically important, multi-market industrial portfolio of approximately $3 billion in Gross Asset Value (GAV); comprising roughly 70 assets totaling over 14.5 million square feet and approximately 130 tenancies across six major U.S. markets. This role represents one of the business’s largest dedicated industrial asset management positions.A successful candidate will optimize portfolio performance by leveraging direct tenant relationships to drive leasing and retention, actively managing brokers to deliver leasing goals, and holding property management accountable for quality of operations. The role demands a highly organized, execution-oriented asset manager with substantial hands-on experience managing industrial assets. The ideal candidate is experienced working through the complex challenges that arise across a portfolio of this scale, overseeing capital improvement projects and repairs, and building and managing tenant relationships.
