Internal Maintenance handles repairs and preventative maintenance for company-owned equipment, while Independent Contractor Maintenance provides tailored support for owner-operators. External and Breakdown Maintenance minimizes downtime with roadside assistance and repair partnerships. Corporate Maintenance oversees fleet strategy, cost control, and maintenance programs. Equipment Sales and Purchasing ensures the right equipment is sourced and sold to meet fleet needs. Compliance and Licensing manage regulatory requirements, while Fuel optimizes efficiency and cost control. Together, these teams keep our fleet dependable and ready to serve customers across North America.The Fleet Maintenance Manager reports to the Manager - Maintenance. Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)Job Family: Maintenance professionals oversee the inspection, repair and upkeep of equipment, machinery, facilities and infrastructure within an organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of assets, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
