As a Trust Settlement Officer, you will play a key role in guiding trust settlement activities, helping ensure assets are administered and distributed in accordance with governing documents, fiduciary obligations, and firm procedures.This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills to evaluate legal and financial information, manage risk, and resolve complex trust settlement matters. You will collaborate with beneficiaries, attorneys, tax professionals, trust officers, and internal partners to coordinate settlement activities, support timely trust closures, and deliver a positive client experience.
